In order to overcome the traditional mixer's complex structure, small mixing capacity, high energy consumption and other shortcomings, our company and partners recently developed a pulse-typeAir mixer。 The new pulse-type air mixer has the characteristics of high mixing efficiency, fast mixing, large scale, low energy consumption, no dead angle and easy maintenance.

One: Structure

The new type of pulse air mixer mainly consists of filter, silo, mixing head, discharging valve and other main components.

Design Structure Description:

1 Mixer Filter: Used for external pulse dust remover (also can maintain atmospheric pressure with the external atmosphere), when the material through pneumatic conveying to the mixing machine, through the hopper filter will exhaust the excess gas. The filter is equipped with a pulse reverse blow to prevent buildup of material.

2 Filter: Starting Material gas separation function.

3 Feeding port: Reserved for people to feed the station or the use of pipeline transportation.

4 Mixing head: Mixing head and mixer of the spray device, depending on the pulse valve repeatedly cycle alternately to the mixing bin blowing gas, so that the material in the warehouse vulcanization, to achieve the purpose of mixing.

5 discharge valve: A conical valve is installed at the bottom of the mixer, and the cone valve is opened through the cylinder when discharging, and the material flows out from the conical valve. The material can be injected into the storehouse by the mixer blowing device, and the material flow is accelerated so that the material flows out quickly to prevent the aggregate.

6 pressure tester, emptying valve: If the pressure detector detects high pressure in the warehouse (≥5-10KPA) affects the airflow mixing effect, the emptying valve opens the pressure relief.

Three: Working principle

The equipment has compressed air Station gas supply, air flow in pulse mode through the mixing head nozzle into the silo, compressed gas along the cone-shaped discharge valve cone wall spiral up, the material by the spiral of compressed gas impact, as the compressed gas spiral rise, expansion, and then the material began to settle, a pulse cycle after the end of the second cycle opened, In turn, the flow of compressed gas into the silo, the gas driven material tumbling to make the material evenly mixed. After mixing the gas is processed by the filter to return to the atmosphere. After the mixture is complete, open the cone discharging valve to discharge the material. There is a certain intermittent time between the pulses, the number of pulses and the intermittent time of the pulses are determined by the properties of the materials.

V: General operation

Initialization pulse: After starting the first spray cycle, clear the cone-type valve low aggregate.

Interval: The time before the first valve is closed to the second valve opening. (need to be greater than the reverse blow

Frequency of each valve action: In principle 1~9 can be set. For example: When set to 2 o'clock,

Combined homogenization mode:

A total of 10 pulse valves, the action is the first 10 full action, the second Action 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 half of the pulse valve, the third action of the other half pulse valve, the last 10 full action. The first to fourth time of the moving time and interval can be set. (The interval should be greater than the time of the reverse blowing setting, the time interval of the reverse blowing is effective, on the contrary, it does not work.) )
