Electronic control system:

Mechanical type

The weighing body is composed of a load-bearing hopper, a lever system and a metering device. Weighing will be transferred to the weight of the specified quality location, mechanical or manual feeding, unloading. This kind of batching scale structure is relatively simple, but the accuracy is low, the operation speed is slow.

Mechanical-Electrical combination

It is developed on the basis of mechanical batching scale. Besides the hopper, weighing sensor, precision amplifier, module/number converter, microcomputer, monitor, printer and execution system. The computer control system can control multiple batching scales and a blender, and can control the dry mixing and wet mixing time, can be formulated several to dozens of kinds of materials, can display the batching process and print each material name, quality, total quality, cycle time, formula, daily report, monthly report, etc. The computer electronic batching scale formula storage quantity is big, the ingredient variety is many, the speed is fast, the accuracy is high, may provide the software to be rich, the procedure revises conveniently, is the high degree of automation product.

Working principle

The tape feeder will pass through the material on the belt, weighing the weight sensor under the weighing scale frame to determine the weight of the material on the belt, the digital speed sensor mounted on the tail drum or rotating device, continuously measuring the feeding speed, the pulse output of the speed sensor is proportional to the belt speed The speed signal and the weight signal are fed into the belt feeder controller ZJ-820, generating and displaying the cumulative/instantaneous flow. The feed controller compares the flow rate with the set flow rate, and the controller outputs the signal to control the speed of the inverter and realizes the requirement of the ration feeding.
